Please check with your holiday company/airline the time frame in which they require travellers to be tested before contacting the practice. Typically this is 72 hours from departure or landing if taking a short haul flight.

COVID-19 RT-PCR TEST
The Oakley Partnership is pleased to be able to provide Real Time PCR Tests for the provision of travel certificates. These tests are carried out in our practice in Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham.
TESTS ARE SUITABLE FOR:
Once completed we will arrange for the kit to be delivered the same day to the UKAS approved lab which is based in Birmingham city centre.
Ideally appointments should be at least 48 hours before planned travel and in the morning Monday-Thursday. 15 minutes should be adequate for the test to be carried out.
For same-day results, our swab tests must be completed at our practice before 10.30pm.
Results are typically provided within 5 hours of receipt at the UKAS approved lab.
The test costs £155.
We also have Fit 2 Fly lateral flow tests for travellers not requiring a PCR test prior to travel and Day 2 Lateral Flow tests for unvaccinated travellers returning to the UK. Cost £30.
Patients must ensure that they have fasted for a minimum of 30 minutes prior to taking the test, nothing to eat or drink, do not clean teeth, chew gum or smoke.
